FAQs

Do you use genuine parts?
We always use genuine parts where possible. Some components are only available in generic form, but we will always use the best quality parts.


How long will the repair take?
We will usually repair your console the same day. If for some reason we don’t have a component in stock, we will inform you of this when we give you the quote.


Can I drop off my game console for repair?

Local drop off is welcome, please contact us first to make a appointment.


Where is MultiTek Solutions based?

We are based in Redditch, Worcestershire.


When do I pay for my repair?

You will only ever be charged for a repair once it is complete! This means the console must be in full working condition & fully tested. We will send you a notification via email and text message when the console is repaired.


Will the price I'm quoted be what I am charged?

The prices we quote you are accurate for the faults shown on our website. However, it is possible that there may be more than one fault with your console. When we receive your console we will always contact you via email or text message with a quote before commencing work. If on the rare occasion we find another fault from that quoted, we will always keep you informed and give you the option for the repair not to go ahead.


Is there a warranty?
MultiTek Solutions will give a six month warranty on all repairs. MultiTek Solutions will replace any faulty parts or correct any problems with your console providing the problem is the same as the original problem we had repaired. We reserve the right to not warranty any console that has been abused, or has physical or liquid damage.
